mM1-USD is a tokenized investment strategy structured to track the performance of M1 Capital's market-neutral strategies, including price arbitrage, recursive lending, and basis trading. mM1-USD follows 15-day cycles. Investor subscriptions are collected during each cycle with a cut off the day before the 1st and the 15th of each month. Redemption requests can be made at any time with a cut off for processing 3 business days before the 1st and the 15th of each month. mM1-USD remains fully transferable outside these windows.
